I am Consuelo, happy mother of two wonderful persons --27 and 24 years old--, that enlighten my life. Soul cook, my condition as celiac challenged me to embrace a gluten free life. Passionate entrepreneur and naturally restless.

I have been working in Human Capital for more than 23 years. I have vast experience in career planning and people development; being passionate about guiding people towards better versions of themselves, promoting change and evolution both within organizations and individually.
​
In July 2013 I founded Your True Potential --a boutique consultant firm that provides Human Capital services with a strong ontological focus--. I currently work as a Coach, Trainer & Speaker in this consultancy firm. I offer Executive Coaching Programs, Workshops and Inspirational Talks in various fields, among other services.

I graduated as Bilingual Bachelor from Northlands School (1987). I studied Hotel Management (CIHS), a Postgraduate in Business Management (UCA) and a variety of Human Resources Courses (UCA + UB + others). I also have a Certification as an Ontological Coach endorsed by the ICF (International Coach Federation), a Certification as a Licensed Practitioner of the Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) Society of Richard Bandler, a Certification as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NY, United States, a Change Management Qualification Program Certification of the Human Change Management Institute, among other. In addition, I have been trained in San Francisco, California, United States, in the Games and Methodology Points of You®, a tool that I frequently use in the services I offer.

Active member and Member of the Board of the Argentine Association of Business Leaders (ACDE) where I actively collaborate with several programs; Regional Delegate for Latam at WEN (Women Empowerment Network); Former associate member of the International Coach Federation of the United States (ICF); and Founding Partner and former Board Member of the Association of Entrepreneurs of Argentina (ASEA) where I collaborated with the Women Entrepreneurs program and Segundo Tiempo program. In addition, I founded and lead the Circle of Personal Branding Latam and used to Co-Lead the Circle of Entrepreneurship, both in LeanIn, promoting women leadership.
